Conditions of participation

There is the possibility of active or passive participation in the 14th International Guitar Festival. Besides the participation in the daily programme (seminars, workshops, master classes and lectures) every active student has the right to get at least four one-to-one lessons of 45 minutes (depending on the teacher, fingerstyle and jazz lessons might be held in groups). In addition there is the possibility to participate in chamber music coaching and to perform at the students’ concert on Friday afternoon.

Please name the lecturers you want to work with on registration. (You can name up to four lecturers). We try to take your wishes into consideration, but there is no legal claim. The students will be allocated in the lessons in the order of their registration. We would therefore recommend an early registration. If one lecturer is fully booked, you will automatically be scheduled with a different lecturer.

If you book accommodation in the festival centre, three meals are included (if needed vegetarian or vegan). Concert tickets are included in the participation fee for the whole programme as well.
There’s also the possibility to book single days. In that case accommodation, meals and concert tickets must be booked additionally.

The registration fee is 50 €, which will be deducted from the total fee. In case of cancellation we cannot reimburse the 50 € registration fee. The registration is effective from the date, we receive the registration fee. You will get an invoice of the whole participation fee.
The rest of the fee is to be paid until July 31st 2013. Payment in cash is possible in exceptional cases only.
